Your responsibilities:
- Handling technical customer inquiries about products from the consumer electronics industry via telephone, email, chat, and online service also using tools such as remote service or visual support
- Recording customer data, product data, and call reasons/details in customerspecific IT systems
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting the quality requirements of the client
- Presales consultation for products from the consumer electronics industry (consumer electronics)
- Responsible for personally accompanying the customer for their request until it is fully resolved
Your profile:
- Good technical understanding (good basic knowledge of handling products from the consumer electronics industry) and enjoyment in dealing with technical products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (excellent spelling and grammar)
- Excellent communication skills, high level of empathy and composure
- High customer and service orientation
