For our client, a major healthcare provider in North Rhine-Westphalia with approximately 550 beds, we are seeking a Chief Physician for Psychiatry and/or Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy as part of a succession plan.

The Psychiatry and Psychosomatics Clinic has approximately 100 beds and treats all types of mental and psychosomatic disorders. Expansion is planned. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - CHALLENGING AND DIVERSE * Development of new concepts and offerings * Responsibility for a large clinic * Independent work * Supervision of subordinate physicians * Medical leadership and team management * Quality management and marketing YOUR PROFILE - PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL * Specialist recognition in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy or * Specialist recognition in Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy * Habilitation would be advantageous * Demonstrable knowledge in the field * Additional qualification
