YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Needsbased, individual support and accompaniment of clients
  • Support and assistance with nursing measures
  • Planning, implementation, documentation, and reflection of pedagogical, including daily structuring, offers
  • Cooperation with relatives, legal guardians, work/training areas, social services, and other cooperation partners
  • Independent completion of all tasks
  • Implementation of quality management
