Job Summary:


The Front Desk Receptionist will help navigate and streamline the patient flow through three clinic practices to support coverage needs during the Summer.


Responsibilities:


  • Meet and greet patients.
  • Verify and update all patient demographic information in EPIC.
  • Process patient arrivals through EPIC, indicating arrivals and noshows.
  • Filter and triage calls in order of urgency; take accurate phone messages.
  • Cross coverage when needed within the Divisions, including but not limited to, telephone, coordinator, and Front Desk.
  • Duties will be assigned as needed by Division Administrator and Practice Managers.
  • Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned/requested.

Job Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Hourly Rate Ranges:
$ $26.92


Note:

Our salary offers will fall within these ranges based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, skill set, training and education.
