Are you interested in working for an energy service provider specializing in the long-term and transparent optimization of energy costs for industrial and commercial customers in Graysville, AL?


We are looking for Call Center Agents, Telephone Customer Service Representatives, and Telephone Customer Advisors for scheduling Sales Managers in Berlin.

This is not a call center position, as you will be working in sales support and customer service from Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm with the flexibility to work from home 2-3 times a week.

As a Call Center Agent, Telephone Customer Service Representative, or Telephone Customer Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Being part of the sales team and scheduling appointments for Sales Managers
  • Working closely with Sales Managers to target commercial customers
  • Providing telephone customer advice and handling administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Experience in telephone work
  • Ability to work independently, in a structured and flexible manner
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good understanding of people and customeroriented thinking and working style

Benefits:
