Media and Information Services Specialist (m/f/div)
Specialization in Information and Documentation
Media and Information Services Specialists capture, organize, and provide information and media of all kinds. They conduct research in databases and conventional sources of information, inform and advise clients, and participate in public relations activities.
The dual vocational training program lasts for three years: practical training takes place at the German Patent and Trademark Office in Munich, while theoretical classes are held at the local Municipal Vocational School for Media Professions.
During external internships, experience can also be gained in other specializations such as archives, libraries, image agencies, or medical documentation.
