Full-time Your responsibilities: Independent and proactive management of the location in a 3-shift operation Coordination and leadership of various teams Monitoring and further development of standardized production processes Providing guidance and assistance with production processes Recruiting suitable personnel and developing the company culture in collaboration with the HR department Your profile: Good degree in a technical field, preferably in metal processing, as well as further training as a master or technical business administrator or equivalent qualification Several years of relevant work experience in a similar position in the metal processing industry and production Proven experience and knowledge in project management, quality management, and process optimization methods Strong team player with excellent communication skills High self-motivation and resilience Organizational skills and a hands-on mentality Good English skills, both written and spoken Good knowledge
