For our location in Bremen, we are looking for a Customer Manager (m/f/d) / Personnel Disponent (m/f/d) / Personnel Service Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks will include:

Acquiring and managing customers in the healthcare sector within your own sales territory
Planning and dispatching assignments and leading your employees in customer assignments
Ensuring employee motivation through proactive leadership
Independently managing your team of employees as the central point of contact for all personnel and labor law issues
Regularly reporting on key performance indicators and deriving measures to achieve goals
Conducting job interviews and creating employment contracts
Close collaboration with the recruiting department
Thorough documentation

We expect the following from you:

Ideally, you have experience in personnel services and/or in the healthcare sector as a healthcare professional (m/f/d), nurse (m/f/d), nursing specialist (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d), or in other areas of healthcare
You have good interpersonal skills and are a communicative and openminded person
You have experience in sales, ideally in the HR or medical field
You are reliable and speak the language of the medical field
You are creative in developing sales strategies to acquire new customers
You enjoy presenting our services to customers and convincing them of their benefits
Teamwork and collegiality complete your profile
Driver's license class B
