- Assist with incoming calls from prospective and current clients.
Assist with incoming calls from caregivers. - Manage client and caregiver schedules via company home care software, AxisCare.
- Communicate with clients and caregivers as calls and texts come in.
- Complete client and caregiver quarterly and annual evaluations.
- Help prepare collateral for programs for caregiver appreciation and contests.
- Have the clients' and caregivers' schedules complete by Wednesday of each week.
- Upload all new assessments from Client Care Coordinator's onboarding assessments into the AxisCare system, and double checking all information has been entered into the system correctly.
- Rotate on-call after hours and on weekends for all incoming and outgoing calls.
- Provide general operation and administrative support to the Scheduling Manager.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including ability to present in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficient computer skills, including ability to present in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work at a steady pace.
- Ability to split after-hours on-call requirements of the job with the Cornerstone Team.
- Ability to work on multiple screens while multi-tasking.
- Strong ethics.
- Ability to clear background checks.
- Associate's Degree or equivalent.
- Ability to sit and and stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

The Scheduling Coordinator's primary focus will be to provide scheduling, administrative, and operating support for the office.
The Scheduling Coordinator will also be responsible for on-call responsibilities with the Cornerstone Team.
