Technical Trainer for Seabeck, WA

Job Summary:


We are seeking a Technical Trainer for our Seabeck, WA location to provide training on our products to both customers and internal staff across our entire product portfolio.


Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities:


  • Conduct product training for customers and internal staff
  • Assist with field installations to gain handson experience and knowledge
  • Learn and understand the functionality of our products
  • Create and maintain training documentation
  • Manage training materials
  • Collaborate with the US and EU Training Departments
  • Work with the US team to create product manuals
  • Keep the training product catalog uptodate

Requirements:


  • Background in electrical, technical, or related field
  • Career changers with electronics skills are welcome
  • Willingness to travel within Europe for training purposes
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and act as a trainer
  • Proficiency in standard software and tools
  • Professional conduct in the office
  • Valid Class B driver's license
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and English
