Then at CHECK24 Reise Tech Hub and Services GmbH, after intensive training, you have the opportunity to take over a multi-location team as (deputy) team leader (m/f/d) and contribute to the success of CHECK24 with your hands-on mentality.

What you bring
Several years of professional experience in personnel management, administration or payroll
Very good knowledge in the areas of labor law and/or payroll
Good conceptual skills combined with the desire to further develop and optimize personnel issues and processes
Confident and empathetic appearance combined with a cooperative leadership style and the ability to inspire others for a cause
Strong communication skills, reliability and high assertiveness

Your tasks include

You are responsible for the disciplinary and professional leadership, motivation and development of a team of HR officers (m/f/d)
With your expertise, you are always there for managers and HR officers
Together with your team, you are responsible for the operational implementation, design and structuring of HR management and ensure timely and quality payroll processing (via Navision Napa)
Through the operational support of your own fixed
