We are looking for a colleague to join our "Products & Processes" team who will help us implement the most customer-friendly and efficient products and processes.


Responsibilities

  • Observing and analyzing our market segment and customer behavior
  • Developing and optimizing product and process innovations in motor, H/U/S/R, and travel insurance, as well as potential new product lines
  • Prioritizing projects based on key performance indicators and monitoring results using economic methods
  • Taking responsibility for "your" product area

Your Profile

  • Experience in insurance products and/or operational processes or in eCommerce/online banking services
  • Basic understanding of the legal and regulatory environment in the German insurance market
  • Certification or experience in process design
  • Excellent conceptual skills and ability to structure
  • Hunger for change and innovation
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • High willingness to work independently
  • Good English skills (we are happy to support you in improving them)
