Head of Delivery (w/m/d) - E-Mobility

chargecloud GmbH is a startup founded in 2016 and specializes in e-mobility. With our software-as-a-service solution, we manage charging stations in real time, handle charging processes, and enable end customers to experience electromobility throughout Europe.

We are currently looking for a Head of Delivery - E-Mobility to join our team in Cologne or remotely nationwide.

As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:

Bringing vision and strategy to our (product) delivery department to strengthen collaboration among development teams and enable innovation and excellence
Using your strong customer orientation and knowledge of e-mobility products (or willingness to acquire it) to support scrum teams in developing and implementing our product-focused roadmap
Contributing to shaping our company and company culture as part of the leadership team by promoting and embodying our values, principles, and best practices
Recruiting and mentoring software engineers and promoting lifelong learning and continuous development within scrum teams
Developing teams to create solutions that align with company goals and meet industry standards, with a focus on excellent architecture, quality, security, and performance
