Responsibilities

  • Order entry and processing
  • Customer support for domestic and international clients
  • Coordination and monitoring of deadlines
  • Maintenance of master data and inventory in the ERP system (OGS
  • OGSid)
  • Close collaboration with our sales team
  • Partial material disposition
Qualifications

  • Relevant professional experience in a similar position at a mediumsized company
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Excellent skills in working with an ERP / merchandise management system
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • High level of commitment, teamwork, and resilience
  • Independent work style and good communication skills
