In light of numerous challenges that we as a city administration must face, personnel management is becoming increasingly important within our strategy and personnel work. As one of three departments within our Personnel and Organization division, the personnel administration encompasses all measures and processes aimed at providing optimal support and care for the personnel in our organization. The Personnel and Organization division is responsible for personnel services for approximately employees in the city administration, its municipal waste management company, and its subsidiaries.
