For the following position, we are looking for employees (m/f/d) for permanent employment with our client in full-time.

From A like potting soil to Z like fences, our client offers everything that makes the hearts of DIY enthusiasts and gardeners beat faster.

You can find our client online as well as in brick-and-mortar retail stores. Of course, there may be questions, requests or problems that arise. That's why we are looking for you (m/f/d).


Overview of tasks:


  • You handle inquiries by phone, email or mail: this includes, for example, product availability, delivery status or handling of complaints.

What you should bring:


  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent written expression (spelling and grammar)
  • Confident and customeroriented demeanor
  • Absolute service orientation and teamwork
  • Enjoyment of making phone calls
  • Affinity for ecommerce/ mail order/ DIY/ digital sales channels
  • Flexibility in terms of working hours
