    Educational and Experience Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree with a major in business, finance, or related field from an accredited institution. Two years of relevant experience or experience in a related field. Previous experience in higher education and specialized work related to the position is desirable. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of education.
    Nature & Purpose of Position
  • Performs highly advanced specialist duties for Student Account Services under the Division of Enrollment Management.
    Primary ResponsibilitiesOther Specifications*
  • Requires detailed knowledge of university infrastructure, policies, and procedures. Requires thorough knowledge of office systems. Must have the ability to solve operational problems and make suggestions for process improvement. Must be able to review complex accounts requiring attention to detail. Must be able to communicate effectively. Will be required to contribute ideas, implement, and test processes. Must be able to analyze data. Requires the ability to work independently on complex tasks. Must be able to work effectively with a team.
  • Position will require limited evening and weekend hours.
  • Up to 20% of this position, over the fiscal year during offpeak periods, may be performed remotely as determined by the supervisor._
