'Noah Living is an interior brand with the mission to create contemporary and sustainable furniture design. For our young and rapidly growing company, we are currently seeking a
part-time accountant (m/f/d) to join our team in Edgewood, WA.


As an accountant, you will be the central point of contact for all finance-related matters within our team and will be responsible for financial, accounts receivable/payable, asset, and (preparatory) payroll accounting.


Your responsibilities

  • Processing all payment and business transactions related to our projects, service providers, and team
  • Reviewing, recording, and issuing invoices, including booking all documents
  • Ensuring all necessary documents are in order and deadlines are met
  • Monitoring all payments made and upcoming payments in close collaboration with our management team
  • Assisting with process optimization and partial automation of accounting and office management

Requirements

  • Ideally, you have a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable degree.
  • You have previous experience in accounting experience with the Lexoffice program is a plus
  • You are proficient in using common MS Office programs.
  • You are fluent in both German and English, both written and spoken.
  • You have a good understanding of numbers and analytical thinking skills.
  • You work carefully, independently, and are wellorganized.
  • You handle confidential data and matters discreetly.
