We are looking for a new colleague in the Engineering Co-Op Program at our Plant location in Lafayette, Indiana.


What you can look forward to as an Engineering Co-Op:

  • Assist Manufacturing Engineering in tooling design and machine run-off -specific assignments will depend upon active projects
  • Assist in technical support to the Manufacturing Production Floor
  • Act as liaison between Product Engineering Lab and Manufacturing for special projects such as quality assurance, production part approval, prototype and low volume assembly

Your Profile as an Engineering Co-Op:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering
  • 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing methods
  • Computer skills including MS Office
