Training as a mechatronics technician at the start of training

As a mechatronics technician, you are responsible for ensuring that the residents of Suhl do not get cold. You work in the district heating network, in transformer stations, or in the heating plant.

What will you learn at SWSZ?

You will learn how to manually and mechanically process workpieces
You will perform mechanical work, program systems, and install the corresponding software
You will assemble and install mechanical, electrical, and electronic components into complex systems
You will test and adjust functions on mechatronic systems
You will measure electrical quantities

Your tasks at SWSZ

You will work in the district heating / heating plant area
You will monitor systems using a computer
You will maintain technical systems of supply engineering, taking into account safety and cost-effectiveness
You will locate damages and carry out repairs
