Your Responsibilities:

As a care professional (m/f/d) in young care, you are responsible for the professional care and support of our residents.

Your tasks include, but are not limited to:
Basic and treatment care
Creation and implementation of care plans
Documentation of care services
Assistance with daily tasks
Accompaniment and support of residents during doctor visits
Close cooperation with doctors and therapists
