About Us:
We are internationally operating foundries with locations in Pirna and Langenfeld. We melt unalloyed to highly alloyed stainless steel grades and cast them into molds made of sand or ceramic. This allows us to produce technically sophisticated industrial castings.

In our SCHMEES art division in Pirna, we also manufacture high-gloss polished stainless steel sculptures by renowned artists that can be found all over the world.

Job Description:

Safe operation of CNCcontrolled boring mills, including setup and tooling
Writing CNC programs based on drawings
Independently executing programs
Responsible for inspecting finished parts
Adhering to quality standards
Maintaining the machine and accessories
Completed training as a machining mechanic or equivalent experience in the field of machining
Experience with CNC boring mills is a plus
Proficient in using Heidenhain controls, preferably i TNC 530
Extensive understanding of technical drawings
Independent work ethic, attention to detail, and teamoriented
Willingness to work in a 2shift system.
