We, stattHotel GmbH, are an alternative to traditional hotels and offer accommodations for construction workers in Ninnekah for both short and long-term stays.

We are looking for a dedicated individual for the position of Real Estate and Accommodation Manager (m/f/d) who will be responsible for the efficient management and maintenance of our properties. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, technical understanding, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and controlling the heating oil supply in the properties
  • Regularly checking the number of beds in the apartments
  • Conducting maintenance work in the living spaces, including SMARTREPAIR and fixing minor defects
  • Installing and maintaining automatic access through an electronic door lock
  • Conducting regular quality and condition checks of the living spaces
  • Creating repair reports and coordinating repair work
  • Preparing apartments for new tenants
  • Managing and securely storing keys
  • Inspecting apartments after customers move out to identify any damages

Qualifications

  • Completed education in real estate management, facility management, or a similar qualification is advantageous
  • Technical understanding and manual skills for maintenance work
  • Organizational skills and the ability to efficiently prioritize tasks
