Your tasks

You are part of the Information Security Office and therefore the interface to the data protection officer.

You coordinate communication on data protection topics with internal and external stakeholders.

You are in close contact with the data protection officer and gather information necessary to clarify data protection incidents.

After a joint assessment, you initiate measures and ensure their implementation.

In collaboration with the data protection officer, you develop and update data protection policies/procedures.

You monitor and control compliance with internal data processing and assess risks in processing activities.

You review standard data protection documents, such as contracts for data processing and instructions, and coordinate with departments and service providers.

In addition to administering and maintaining our training platforms, you ensure proper implementation of awareness measures.
