Nixburg is looking for a full-time PROJECT MANAGER (M/F/D) to join our team at Freiburger Stadtbau GmbH (FSB), the largest housing company in South Baden and the parent company of the FSB Group, which includes Freiburger Kommunalbauten GmbH & Co.

KG (FKB), Regio Bäder GmbH (RBG), and Freiburger Stadtimmobilien GmbH & Co. KG (FSI).

FSB covers the entire value chain of the housing industry, from new construction and neighborhood development to renovations and efficient commercial and technical property management.

We are seeking a long-term addition to our team to ensure our continued success.

As a PROJECT MANAGER, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing maintenance projects for parking garages, apartments, and baths.

This includes hiring and supervising external service providers such as architects, engineers, and appraisers.
