At Caritas Konstanz, we stand up for people.

As the largest welfare association in the region, we advise, support, care for, and assist over 3,000 children and families, people with disabilities, and those in social emergencies, as well as elderly people in need of care.

We can only fulfill this responsibility with dedicated professionals. That's why we need you.

For our Inclusion and School department in the city and district of Konstanz, we are looking for a team leader (m/f/d) to join our management team as soon as possible, with a workload of 50% (with the possibility of expansion).

Our Inclusion and School department supports children, adolescents, and young adults at all types of schools throughout the district who are not yet able to manage their school day independently.

Your responsibilities include providing professional support for school accompaniment, planning and deploying school accompaniments, leading team meetings, personnel management, close collaboration with schools, teachers, and authorities, and working within the management team on financial matters.

We expect you to have completed a pedagogical education, be familiar with working independently and responsibly, have an interest in further developing the department, be flexible and committed, have good teamwork skills, and possess excellent computer skills.
