In the "Legal and Central Services" department, we are looking for a full-time (40 hours/week), temporary (fixed-term) Technical Services Officer (m/f/d) to join our team "Finance, Controlling, and Internal Services" as soon as possible.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Internal project management for the renovation of IHK buildings
Operational, technical, and infrastructural support for the extensive renovation work on IHK buildings
Central point of contact for external service providers in the planning and execution of renovation measures
Contact person for inhouse communication
Operational support and handling of all facility management tasks for IHK Saarland
Preparation and followup of committee meetings (financial data, analyses, protocols)
Support in coordinating building technology

YOUR PROFILE

Completed degree, preferably in the field of construction or industrial engineering, facility management, or a related field
Several years of experience in the described field of work
High expertise in technical topics
Experience in project management for renovations
Independent, responsible, and precise work style with a high level of resilience
Teamwork and flexibility
Good computer skills and willingness to learn and optimize new processes
