We are looking for a
Care Professional (m/f/d) for station-equivalent treatment (StäB) in the field of adult psychiatry

YOUR TASKS

You are part of a multidisciplinary treatment team, consisting of medical, psychological, and specialized therapeutic colleagues, and actively participate in weekly visits and patient-specific case discussions.
You accompany and care for patients during station-equivalent treatment through home visits using a company-provided vehicle.
You assess the general and psychiatric care needs of each patient, derive appropriate measures within the framework of care planning, and independently carry out your nursing interventions.
Your expertise is also valued and appreciated in the treatment planning process within the multidisciplinary team.
You document your patient contacts easily in the digital patient record and take advantage of the benefits of our clinic's ongoing digitization.
You are flexible with your working hours and can support the StäB team during the day and on weekends
