_Your responsibilities:
_

  • You advise our customers on the available credit options and assist them with the credit process
  • You support customers in obtaining necessary documents
  • You review incoming documents for submission to banks
  • You are the main point of contact for phone inquiries

_Your profile:
_

  • You enjoy interacting with customers over the phone and can adapt to different customer situations
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office
  • You are proficient in written and spoken German
  • You are reliable, discreet, and enjoy working as part of a team
