This position can be filled full-time or part-time (30 hours/week minimum).

Your responsibilities with us:


  • As an HR representative in the field, you will independently manage and support your assigned region of Rhineland-Palatinate/Saarland, both onsite and over the phone (approximately 80% of your working time will be spent in the assigned region)
  • Do your managers have questions about labor law or personnel matters? Then you will be by their side with your specialized knowledge, guiding processes, providing solutions, and accompanying employee discussions
  • You will work closely and constructively with managers and the works council to plan and implement personnel processes recruiting, personnel development, and personnel administration are not your responsibility and are handled by independent competence centers
  • Additionally, you will regularly exchange information with your HR colleagues in the field, including monthly regional team meetings at different locations (with overnight stays)
  • You will have the opportunity to work on projects, actively shape personnel concepts, and accompany their implementation

Your qualifications:


  • You have successfully completed a degree in business, social sciences
