Your Responsibilities:


  • As part of our international team in the field of financial regulatory law, you will be closely involved in advising our clients on diverse issues related to the digitization and technology of the financial sector, complex M&A transactions and restructurings in the financial sector, as well as exciting proceedings before German and European financial supervisory authorities such as BaFin and the ECB, giving you a comprehensive impression of our work.
  • Our clients include both globally operating banks and asset managers, as well as emerging FinTechs and Neo-Brokers, whom we support in their most important projects across borders.
  • You will not only use your legal skills for research, but as part of our team, you will be directly involved in client work, giving you a great insight into the daily work of our lawyers.
  • You will benefit from our diverse training opportunities, gaining an overview of the various tasks in our team and being able to work independently in a short period of time.

Your Profile:


  • You have completed at least the First State Examination in Law with aboveaverage success.
  • You have excellent English skills.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and legal creativity round off your profile.
