We are looking for a
full-time hours/week)
team leader for maintenance of high and low construction (m/f/d) to join our team in
Paxtonia, PA
starting as soon as possible on an
unlimited basis:

The Infrastructure Building Management department consists of over 100 permanent employees.

The main tasks of the department include caretaker services, a large part of the cleaning services on campus, as well as tasks related to safety, parking and traffic management, logistics, fleet management, and printing services.

Your responsibilities:
Comprehensive management and coordination of maintenance for trades such as painting, carpentry, locksmithing, roofing, tiling, and masonry
Ensuring timely and highquality performance by external service providers and internal employees
Maintenance of objectrelated maintenance data, including in our CAFM system
Handling complaints and managing customer feedback
Receiving and processing user requests, as well as acting as a liaison with the building owner, BLB NRW
Creating performance specifications and awarding contracts according to public procurement regulations
Budget and cost control
Personnel management and development
Continuous adaptation of team structure to
