Your tasks

  • Acceptance and analysis of malfunctions via telephone, email, ticket system and in person
  • Qualification and escalation of tickets
  • Independent resolution of 1st level and partially 2nd level tickets
  • Monitoring of IT components
  • Support and deployment of client components
  • Creation and management of employee accounts (Active Directory)
  • Onboarding of new employees and conducting employee trainings
  • Support and advice for employees regarding technical inquiries
  • Creation and maintenance of documentation
  • Management of hardware inventory

What you bring

  • Successfully completed training as an IT specialist specializing in system integration or a comparable education in the IT field; motivated career changers with relevant expertise are also welcome
  • First professional experience in IT support
  • Network knowledge (LAN, WAN, MPLS, TCP/IP, VPN)
  • Good Windows knowledge
  • Experience with ticket systems
  • Good skills in analyzing and implementing technical requirements
  • High level of teamwork and communication skills as well as service orientation
  • Driver's license class B
