About the CompanyWe are a central banking service provider in the Cooperative Financial Group with around 450 employees. As a subsidiary of Atruvia AG, we specialize in business process outsourcing for branch banking and omni-channel banking. We operate a 24-hour customer service center for more than 400 Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken, providing support for common banking transactions, setting up powers of attorney, troubleshooting online banking, and much more.
