We are looking for you to join one of our teams in Germany or Austria as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

  • You advise our clients on all CRM functionalities and ensure the successful implementation of Microsoft CRM in customer projects
  • You independently conduct analysis and design workshops and evaluate customer requirements
  • You estimate the effort for customer projects after creating and evaluating a requirements specification
  • You take on independent project management in medium and large customer projects
  • You support our activities in the area of presales
  • Recognizing and creating change requests is also part of your responsibilities, as well as customizing Dynamics CRM

Your Qualifications

  • You already have professional experience in the IT or consulting environment
  • You have product knowledge in a CRM software such as SAP CRM
