The TS Henschel Fertigungstechnik GmbH is a subsidiary of the TS Group in Aachen. Located in Heilbad Heiligenstadt, we manufacture products for the railway, machinery, and automotive industries.

Our main focus is on producing gearboxes for our sister company, TS Henschel GmbH, making our products an important component in many industrial plants and locomotives.

We also have customers in the automotive and extrusion sectors.

We are currently seeking a Plant Manager (m/f/d) for our manufacturing facility in Heilbad Heiligenstadt.


Your responsibilities:

  • As Plant Manager, you will oversee approximately 15 employees and report directly to the management. You will be responsible for the company's costs and results.
  • You will ensure the timely processing of orders through your capacity and personnel planning for a multishift operation.
  • You will guarantee a high level of quality and focus on reducing lead times while maintaining a high level of delivery reliability.
  • You will also maintain close cooperation with our sister company.
  • You have experience in identifying and implementing rationalization potentials through the use of technical measures such as fixtures, lowcost automation approaches, and digital tools.
  • You will monitor inspections and maintenance of existing machine tools and operating equipment.
  • You will implement safety regulations for accident and occupational safety, monitor them, and make adjustments as needed.
