We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile TAX ASSISTANT (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time, who wants to shape our common path and unleash their potential.

We, th, are a rapidly growing and nationally active tax consulting company, primarily advising medium-sized clients from various industries.

Our team consists of approximately 70 specialized professionals, experts in tax law, auditing, financial and payroll accounting, and is mainly located in Heidelberg, Mannheim, Weinheim, and Schönau.

Areas of responsibility:


  • Processing of financial accounting, annual financial statements, income statements, as well as private and business tax returns
  • Direct communication with the clients being serviced
  • Support in handling tax audits, tax planning, and ongoing consulting
  • Participation in shaping internal processes

What you bring with you:

  • Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, preferably with a focus on tax law
  • First practical work experience in the field of taxes
  • Enjoyment of digital work and ideally knowledge of DATEV
  • Responsible, reliable, and clientoriented work ethic
  • Strong team player, but also enjoys working independently
