  • Handling internal and external correspondence
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Customer reception and data maintenance
  • Schedule management
  • Procurement of office supplies
  • Receiving and processing invoices
  • Conducting organizational preparations and followups for meetings and conferences
  • Maintaining personnel files

We would be happy if you bring the following:

  • Completed commercial training or comparable education
  • Proficient in MS Office package
  • Good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of English is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills
