Seqos is a new private equity model based in Phoenix. Our approach involves first recruiting CEO candidates and then acquiring target businesses with an enterprise value of €10-50m.

We focus on companies in the DACH region that have stable cash flows, a high proportion of recurring revenue, and excellent growth opportunities.

We are currently looking for an ambitious and highly motivated Private Equity Intern to join our team. This position is suitable for students and graduates who are interested in gaining experience in the private equity industry.


Responsibilities:


As an intern, you will primarily support our M&A team in identifying potential companies, assist with origination activities, and work on due diligence assignments.


Requirements:

  • Strong academic performance
  • Previous professional experience or relevant internships
  • Excellent analytical skills for evaluating markets and business models
  • High motivation, resilience, and teamwork skills
  • Fluent in German and English (both verbal and written)
  • Available for ideally 6 months
