We are currently looking for you as a Mechatronics Technician for Gearbox Refurbishment (m/f/d) for DB Fahrzeuginstandhaltung GmbH at our location in Chemnitz.
As a maintenance technician, you are responsible for ensuring that our trains leave the workshop safely and on time.
Your tasks:
  • You perform maintenance, inspections, and tests of VT / ZF gearboxes according to production orders, always taking into account economic, operational, and occupational safety requirements
  • Assembly and disassembly of components and electronic parts are part of your daily tasks
  • You identify and eliminate malfunctions and are responsible for repairs
  • You perform complex measurements and functional checks on components and document the results on measurement and documentation sheets
  • In addition, you participate in analyses and measures to improve the quality level
Your profile:
  • You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician
  • You ideally have gained some experience in the field of vehicle maintenance
