Your exciting tasks:


  • In this position, you will lead a team of three accountants, organize an efficient and stable work structure, and promote a positive team spirit
  • You manage fixed assets and basic determination
  • You participate in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS or US GAAP and are responsible for analyses related to consolidation
  • You act as a sparring partner for executives and actively drive digitalization
  • You participate in budget planning and are the first point of contact for financial accounting, both internally and externally
  • You communicate with auditors and tax consultants and are the first point of contact for tax audits

You convince with this profile:


  • Successful completion of the certified accountant exam or a degree in business administration with a focus on finance
  • You already have extensive experience in the field of accounting and financial reporting and have experience with annual financial statements according to HGB and ideally also IFRS
  • First disciplinary leadership experience is definitely an advantage
  • As a numbersoriented and analytical type, you like to think outside the box and actively contribute ideas
  • You are familiar with ERP and accounting systems and are actively involved in digitalization or the implementation of new systems
  • You have good German and English skills
