Dual Study Program in Business Administration - Hotel & Gastronomy Management


Do you want to apply your knowledge directly? As a dual student (m/f/d), you will learn the technical know-how of the hotel and gastronomy industry during the theory phases in Ravensburg.

You will gain knowledge in business administration, company and employee management, as well as in marketing and human resources.


During the practical phases, you will go through all departments in the hotel, allowing you to connect theory with practice and apply what you have learned directly.

To ensure that you have enough experience before starting the theory, you will begin your dual study program with a minimum 6-month internship with us.

Here, you can get a taste of the gastronomy industry and gain valuable insights for the theory phases.

If you already have experience in gastronomy or have completed an apprenticeship in this field, the internship is not required.
