The work InTime Group GmbH has been the industry expert for over 20 years and supports our partner companies in finding the right candidates for their internal positions, managing applicants, and assisting with contract negotiations.

To strengthen our team in Leipzig, we are currently looking for a full-time
recruiter (m/f/d) with Polish language skills.


Your responsibilities as a recruiter (m/f/d):

  • You enjoy recruiting new candidates for our company
  • You take pleasure in placing our employees in jobs and provide support throughout their assignment
  • Applicant management, contract negotiations, and being a point of contact

Your qualifications:


  • Enthusiasm for recruiting and finding employees for our company
  • You are organized and work independently, carefully, and conscientiously
  • Open and empathetic communication comes naturally to you
  • You are fluent in Polish and have advanced German skills at least B1 level
