Your tasks

  • Booking of ongoing business transactions in the main and subsidiary ledgers
  • Invoice verification, allocation and booking of incoming invoices
  • Conducting monthly account reconciliation (creditors, debtors and general ledger accounts)
  • Preparation and participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Creation of analyses and evaluations
  • Further development of business transactions including their representation in SAP
  • Processing of incoming correspondence and phone calls

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably as a tax clerk (m/f/d) or equivalent
  • Ideally, professional experience in the above-mentioned area of responsibility
  • SAP knowledge in the FI module is an advantage
  • Good handling of MS Office products, especially Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Analytical and structured way of thinking
  • Independent work style and team spirit
  • Affinity for numbers and accuracy
