For our client, an internationally active manufacturer of electrical appliances based in Gütersloh, we are currently looking for an employee (m/f/d) in inside sales for the customer service professional department.

The positions are to be filled as soon as possible until the end of the year within the framework of temporary employment.

You will work full-time with 35 hours per week. Do you enjoy finding the best solution for your customers? Then we look forward to receiving your application.


Your tasks include:

  • You independently answer calls from customers and service technicians
  • Receiving written and verbal reports of malfunctions
  • Structured recording and identification of incoming malfunction reports
  • You prepare followup calls and consult with the specialist departments
  • Acceptance of customer complaints and processing according to given instructions
  • General correspondence
  • Preparation of offers based on existing price lists

You bring with you:

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in sales or a salesrelated field
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as negotiation skills
  • Strong customer orientation and independent and systematic way of working
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications and ideally SAP knowledge
