Description
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the care of our customers and further development of existing business relationships
- This includes successful proposal creation and order processing in close cooperation with our field sales team
- You support the development of our online sales in the B2C sector and actively participate in the detailed design
- You handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- You work closely with our logistics and warehouse departments to coordinate customer deliveries, including monitoring deadlines
Profile:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have an interest in sales
- You have a high affinity for sales and customer orientation
- You are proficient in using common MS Office products
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
- Your profile is rounded off by independent work and strong communication skills
