Are you looking for a new challenge in the fascinating world of surface technology? To expand our team at our production site in Dresden, we are looking for a Quality Assurance employee (m/f/d) with a focus on surface coating.

Your responsibilities:

Processing and evaluation of customer complaints and internal defects in the field of surface coating
Processing and further development of the QM system according to DIN EN ISO 9000ff.
Implementation of corrective measures and monitoring of their effectiveness
Issuing of test certificates and initial sample inspection reports
Management of inprocess samples
Conducting internal audits, as well as accompanying customer and supplier audits

Your profile:

Knowledge of DIN EN ISO 9001 (possibly DIN EN ISO 9100)
Experience in the field of surface treatment
Willingness to occasionally travel to customers and suppliers
Confident demeanor and good communication skills
Commitment to implementing measures with employees, customers, and suppliers
Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
Proficient in MS Office
Additional desirable experience: as an auditor of the QM system (possibly training according to ISO 19011), in handling QM tools (8d report, 5Why
