Description

These are your responsibilities:
You support our team in the professional support of our HR IT systems and in the roll-out of new solutions

You work on current HR projects, especially in the context of testing activities

You develop suitable digital HR processes together with us and independently identify potential for optimization to drive digitalization in our company forward

You create supporting communication and training materials for our HR IT systems

This is what you bring with you:
You are studying in a higher semester of business administration or a comparable course of study, ideally with a focus on personnel and an interest in IT systems

Ideally, you have already gained experience in operational personnel work

You are passionate about digital innovations in the HR field and have a high willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with different topics

You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint)

Your communication skills and independent and proactive way of working round off your profile
