This position is physically located at the California Natural Resources Building in Downtown Sacramento- Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager I, Change Management Organizational Development Section (CMS), the Associate Governmental Program Analyst position performs a variety of complex analytical assignments including organizational change management services, assisting with program evaluation and planning for strategic change initiatives, projects and plans, communication, administering training, financial management tasks, readiness coordination, maintaining SharePoint sites, reviewing documents, contract development and administration, and other special assignments related to organizational change management for the Division of Operations and Maintenance (O&M).
