What you will do:
- Preparation of offers, followup on offers and order processing
- Telephone customer support
- Data entry and maintenance
- Customer communication regarding product availability, order status, and technical information
- Active support for the field sales team
What you bring:
- Completed commercial training
- Professional experience in the mentioned field of work
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with an ERP system
